Data can come from numerous sources, in various formats, which makes things difficult if you have to transform it and use it somewhere else. Normally, this sort of operation is left up to someone from an IT department, but if you want to do it yourself and be more efficient at the same time, then EasyMorph is the solution you need. It makes data transformation and automation accessible to non-technical users. The software gives you the possibility of taking a huge heap of data and transform it into well organized tables and databases. It let you make a broad range of transformations and special operations, without writing a single line of code.

The software comes in free and paid editions and it is compatible with all modern Windows versions. Downloading its setup package and installing its components is an uneventful and effortless task. Also, you don't have to meet any special requirements or sacrifice too may resources.

You will need some time to familiarize yourself with EasyMorph. Fortunately, the online documentation includes numerous tutorials and there are a few example projects you can look at. Also, a slideshow is presented directly on the main user interface, which can help you get started.

EasyMorph lets you work with a wide range of data, including delimited text files, like CSV, spreadsheets, SQL databases, fixed width text and much more. When you import a file, regardless of its format, the contained data will be displayed in a window, in the main work area. You can use various options, from the actions menu, on the left side of the interface, or from one of the ribbon menus, to handle and manipulate the data.

When you start working, you have to focus mostly on the large number of options in the actions menu. There are numerous options, for importing data, creating, transforming and exporting data chunks, as well as various workflow-related options. A search function will help you locate specific options instantly and once you find them, you can simply drag them and drop them over a data window.

Once you attach an action to a data window, you will be able to make numerous tweaks, depending on how you want to handle the data. It is also possible to perform various actions directly in the data windows, on individual columns.

Another useful feature is the possibility of deriving tables and charts. Derived tables are visibly linked, with a dotted arrow, in the work area and the best part is that any modifications you make in a source table will affect the derived table instantly. This places many possibilities in front of you. For example, you may create a derived table and give it an export to Tableau action. This way, you can work with your data and any changes you make will be updated in Tableau immediately.

When it comes to transforming and processing data, EasyMorph gives you the possibility of outclassing any IT worker, even if you have no coding knowledge.
